Getting started
Arrive at the main entrance of Midleton Distillery in Co. Cork, where your guide will greet you and validate your booking. After a brief introduction and safety overview, you’ll set off to explore the heart of this working distillery.
What to expect
Midleton Distillery
This 2-hour and 45-minute deep-dive takes you past the usual tourist paths and directly into the working heart of whiskey production. You will shadow the process from grain to glass, traversing the Garden Still House, the Micro-Distillery, and the aromatic maturation warehouses to see exactly how the world’s most famous Irish whiskeys are crafted.
