Durante mi visita tuve la suerte de contar con una guía realmente excepcional, Arturo. Desde el primer momento se mostró preparada, cercana y apasionada por su trabajo. Sus explicaciones eran claras, interesantes y llenas de detalles, capaces de dar vida a cada lugar que visitábamos. Además, supo adaptar perfectamente el ritmo y el contenido del recorrido a mis necesidades, mostrando siempre gran atención y disponibilidad. Su amabilidad y entusiasmo hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable, creando un ambiente cómodo y atractivo. Gracias a su profesionalidad y a su forma de explicar, pude apreciar mucho el sitio, descubriendo curiosidades y aspectos que de otra manera habría pasado por alto. Recomiendo totalmente esta guía a cualquiera que quiera vivir una experiencia auténtica, enriquecedora e inolvidable.

Our guide Fer was super informative and gave us lots of cool insights into the pyramids. He also gave us a tip on where to get good photos with less crowds. As a tourist I was worried about the quality of the guide as well as the company but everything was super smooth from the start. Fer sent me a whats up text with photos of where to park and where to meet him which made it easier to locate him. Once we arrived and had parked I shared my location with him and he came to meet us at the shops and brought our tickets which he had already purchased so we didn't even have to wait in line. Inside he walked us around the pyramids and ruins and pointed out all the cool and interesting facts about the structures and paintings. I highly reccommend Fer and Headout!

Our time in teotihuacan was such a breathtaking experience. Our tour guide Arturo ( Spanish) related historic facts , showed us pictures and maps that helped us visualize what he was explaining. My family and I left feeling very enlightened and very content with the site tour.

We had a great time with Fernando! Arturo communicated with us the day before and sent us directions to the meeting spot. When we arrived, he and Fernando were very friendly helpful. The tour was informative and offered times for photos and walking around on our own. We would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Teotihuacán.

Arturo me brindó mucha información valiosa durante el recorrido para entender mejor la historia y los origenes de la ciudad. A su vez esto se complementaba con registros fotográficos interesantes para profundizar en las distantes partes del recorrido. En cada etapa del tour había espacio para preguntas y dudas. Muy bueno!!

Arriving at Teotihuacan:

Head to the meeting point near the main entrance. Show your ticket (printed or mobile) and meet your local guide.

What to expect:

Teotihuacan is one of Mexico’s most impressive archaeological sites, with history carved into every stone. Your guide will lead you through the city’s grand avenues and temples, sharing stories about its rise, mysteries, and legacy. You’ll stand at the foot of the Pyramids of the Sun and Moon—two of the biggest in the Americas—and see the Temple of Quetzalcoatl up close.
