Good value for money. Great experience overall. Had an administrative hiccup though which caused a lot of confusion. Floral fantasy was listed in my Headout booking, so I cancelled it with GBTB only to get there and find out I didn't have Floral Fantasy tickets with either set of tickets . It was a mislabeling error by Headout, which they acknowledged. They provided me with a partial credit to use in future which was decent:

We were there on the 23rd of Nov 25. The experience was one of its kind and we felt like we are on the top of the world. The grand sight around the deck, from an Ariel view of the bay and the merlion in particular was amazing. The staff around, the guidance, the facilities and the proximity to transport are providing a world class tourist experience and we can see all are excited..cheers..!!

My visit with Headout was made special by the incredibly smooth and quick entry—we bypassed the long ticket lines entirely! Vizita la Gardens by the Bay a fost una dintre cele mai impresionante experiențe din Singapore. Grădinile sunt spectaculoase, extrem de bine întreținute, iar combinația dintre natură și tehnologie este fascinantă. Supertree Grove este absolut superb, mai ales seara, când spectacolul de lumini transformă locul într-un adevărat basm. Domurile (Flower Dome și Cloud Forest) sunt impresionante, cu plante din întreaga lume și un design modern care te face să uiți că te afli într-un oraș extrem de aglomerat. Marina Bay Sands completează perfect experiența. Arhitectura este iconică, iar priveliștea asupra orașului este incredibilă. Chiar și fără acces la piscina infinită, terasa de observație oferă o panoramă memorabilă, mai ales la apus. Zona este animată, curată și foarte bine organizată, cu restaurante și magazine pentru toate gusturile. În ansamblu, este o experiență care merită din plin – un amestec perfect de relaxare, spectaculozitate și modernism. Recomand cu mare încredere oricui vizitează Singapore, fie că este prima dată sau revine.

Me and my wife were so excited to go to MBS Skypark Observation Deck with Headout apps. So easy to use and show a booking tickets to a friendly staffs out there. The scenery and the views was so wonderful and stunning...we were happy through out the day and it so windy... we wish we could come back again another day.. Thank you MBS and headout apps

The view is stunning! We chose a day with the clearest sky, as it had been cloudy the previois days. The whole process was very well organised, as most things here. We got there a little earlier and the was no problem. We could get up as soon as we got there. That's all. You go up, see the view, take pictures and go down.

Good variety of activities for all ages. Enjoyed all aspects, particularly the Jurassic Park experience. We did all of the events in the morning and early afternoon then returned for the light show at the garden in the evening and it did not disappoint. Excellent all round.

Keep in mind drones, remote-controlled kites, professional photography, video-recording equipment, luggage, food and beverages, glass bottles, aluminum cans, aerosol cans, firearms, pocket knives, chairs, picnic blankets, fireworks, illegal substances/narcotics, pepper spray, and mace are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

Guests must wear footwear. Going barefoot is not permitted.

Keep in mind outside food and beverages are not allowed in this experience. Pack wisely!

Nobody likes a crowd. A single capsule has a maximum of 28 people.

This experience is accessible by wheelchairs.

Singapore Flyer has ramps, lifts, and handicapped toilets, making it easy for wheelchair-bound guests to get in, out, and around the Flyer.

Accessible parking spaces are conveniently located right next to the lift.

Pregnant women are allowed to experience the Singapore Flyer. However, expecting mothers in the advanced stages of pregnancy are advised to have someone accompany them when boarding the Singapore Flyer.

Singapore Flyer with Time Capsule

Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.

Each rotation on the Singapore Flyer takes approximately 30 mins.

Singapore Flyer will suspend its flights when the lightning alert is activated.

All passengers and their hand baggage will be scanned before boarding on Level 2, which is the passengers-only level.

The Singapore Flyer will be closed during Formula 1 from Sep 20 to Sep 22, 2024

Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck

The observation deck will be closed for the full day on September 20, 2024 for a private event and will close early (last entry at 4pm) on September 22, 2024.

The Skypark Observation Deck will close at 9pm (8:30pm final entry) for Silent Disco Full Moon Parties on the following dates: September 14, October 12, November 16, and December 14, 2024.

Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by an adult (above the age of 18 years) at all times.

All guests may be subject to a search, including bags, clothes, and other possessions when entering SkyPark Observation Deck.

Sands SkyPark is an unsheltered area and subject to inclement weather. Should extreme rain or lightning occur, it may be closed temporarily for the safety of the guests.
