This is our first time visiting Ngilgi Cave. All staff are friendly and professional from entry to the souvenir shop through to staff briefing us on safety. The surroundings with native bush and flora provide a calm and refreshing feeling. Love the photos taken with those enchanting pillars with indigenous art. Ample parking. Love their uniforms too. Worth a visit.

We had a great day exploring both caves. The guided tour was amazing and the guide very knowledgeable. The self guided tour at Mammoth caves was very good as well. How lucky are we to be able to explore these caves as they are now - great experience

Has been 25 years since we have been down the Ngigli Cave, and was well worth the visit. The fact that it is a self guided tour is excellent as you can do it at your own pace and there is a guide in the main chamber if you have any questions.

Staff friendly and helpful , a nice relaxed tour at your own pace and a stunning natural formation to see. Even with light rainfall the main attraction was worth the visit.

Hi, The cave is magnificent. Audio great. My wife and I. 75 and 73. Found the final 160 steps challenging with 4 brief stops needed to catch our breath. A gentleman we had to overtake was struggling. !!!! His son, 45 ish. Was very concerned. !!!!! I suggest a return to the start before 160 steps be available for very vulnerable customers. If not a STRONG WARNING. On line or before starting.

Just make sure to wear sneakers sports or light clothing very humid in caves and have fun. First time booking with Headout for tickets so much easier to plan then to come and try get to tickets on day as the time sessions always booked. We saw many families turned away or had to come back for a free session. Headsout we will book again through you guys makes holiday planning easy.
