Der Einlass hat reibungslos geklappt. Einlass in die Kathedrale scheint von der Dachtour unabhängig zu sein. Treffpunkt in der Kathedrale. Auf der Dachtour selbst war man frei und konnte selbst entscheiden, wie lange man dort oben die Atmosphäre und den Blick auf den Hafen und die Stadt genießen möchte. Top!

The Headout booking was easy, we received information by email about where the process was going. We bought a skip-the-line ticket, which we could find at any time in the app. We arrived at the Cathedral a little earlier than our designated time, but they let us in right away, we just had to show the QR code on our phone. The Cathedral is amazing, its size is monumental, the rose windows are beautiful. Luckily we also bought tickets for the terraces - 137 spiral stairs - but it's worth going up, the view is amazing, whether you're looking out towards the sea, the city, or just looking down at the artificial lake next to it. I especially liked that I could stand in front of one of the rose windows from the outside, which made its enormous size even more apparent.

Ns avons achetés le billet coupe- file de notre logement. Le jour je a l’entrée de la cathédrale, pas de quête, pas d'attente.... A l’entrée, bon accueil, c’est simple et facile. Ns avons pris les options : audio-guide (tres agréable), visite du musée (de magnifiques candélabre) visite des terrasses : exceptionnel (vue a 360° sur Palma la ville, le port, le parc) .une journée enchanteresse.

The cathedral is beautiful. Entrance with terraces is a must do. You will climb about 150 steep narrow winding stairs like a lighthouse but the view is worth it. Easy entrance at front of Cathedral for pre-purchased ticket holders. Office to purchase tickets is in back and has a long line.

Your visit to the Palma Cathedral begins with priority entry as you skip the long ticketing lines to make your way into the monument.

What to expect

Palma Cathedral: You get to explore key highlights such as the stunning, 14-meter-wide Rose Window, the Gothic-style architecture, the Royal Chapel, and more.

Terraces: Your ticket also gives you access to the Cathedral’s terraces. A steep yet adventurous climb up almost 200 stairs gets you to the roof ledges and flying buttresses, bringing you face-to-face with the spires and Gothic pinnacles that you’d typically admire from below.

What to bring

Carry a map of the cathedral so you can navigate through the site comfortably.

Wear comfortable walking shoes as you’ll have to climb 200 stairs to access the terraces.

Carry enough water to keep yourself hydrated.

What’s not allowed

Clothes that don’t cover your knees and shoulders are not allowed.

Pets cannot tag along for this experience (except guide dogs).

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair/pram accessible, but climbing the stairs to the terraces can be a challenge for those with reduced mobility.

Guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Children under 9 years of age are not allowed on the terraces.

From April to October, the entrance to the Palma Cathedral is from Portal del Mirador.

From November to March, the entrance to the Palma Cathedral is from Placa de la Seu, via the Almonia Building.

Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
