Großartige Sehenswürdigkeit, viel Prunk. Leider klappte es mit den Audios nicht. Bei der Buchung über Headout hätten wir die Infos über das Handy hören sollen über selbstmitgebrachte Kopfhörer. Wir waren zu dritt und kauften uns vor Ort die Audios erneut. Der Palast ist wirklich absolut sehenswert und ein Muss in Madrid

È stato facile e comodissimo, ho scaricato l'audioguida e anche per i bambini è stato più semplice seguire la visita. Inoltre non perdere tempo all'ingresso è fondamentale quando si hanno bambini ma non solo, si risparmia tempo per visitare altro! Assolutamente soddisfatti

Tutto perfetto e ingresso velocissimo a fronte di una lunga cosa per chi non aveva il biglietto L audio guida è da scaricare sul cellulare , quindi è necessario avere con sé le cuffie.

It definitely helped having the tickets ahead of time. It would be nice if the audio tour available via the app was identical to or more similar to the one available for purchase at the location. It felt like to tour route was overcrowded, and it was challenging to appreciate all of the detail of the spaces. The palace itself it beautiful, ornate and we saw a lot.

I think I paid a lot of money for this ticket but was never given instructions for the audio tour so I had to pay extra at the venue to buy the official audio tour. Save your money and stand in the line...it wasnt long.

Please note that access to the museum is only possible up to 30 mins before closing time.

Some sections of the museum are sometimes subject to last-minute closures at the authorities' discretion.

Admission is free from Mon to Sat: 6pm to 8pm, and Sun & holidays: 5pm to 7pm.
