I was not able to get my family in to the louvre without Headout's support. We did a day trip to Paris and my girl - who is just learning about Mona Lisa - shared it was her number one thing to see. I foolishly thought you could buy day of but was shutdown and only thanks to Headout were we able to go and fulfill her dream. They made it easy and stress free. Grateful.

I was having issues purchasing Louvre tickets on the official site - Chase bank credit card and their 3D security - this was the only option for me as I was already in Europe and did not have any other credit cards with me to purchase entry tickets online.

L'accès au musée était facile et agréable, mais les départements étaient mal signalés et il y en avait au moins 2 ou 3 qui étaient fermés pour travaux...et c'était les plus intéressants à voir.

Memorable experience. Definitely worth visiting again (amd again 🤭). Easy to find the right entrance, no waiting at all. Great deal, worth the price!

The tour guide was late. He was not prepared and ready and he is annoyed when asked. He is also rude with the older gentleman when he keep on asking if he is going with us past the skipped line.

Was very organized I ask for my ticket on mail very fast response, I received it via mail and I enter at the Luvru museum at exact timing I had on my ticket. Thank you so much other way I wouldn't visit the Luvru museum ,on other sites all booked for the date I wanted and more expensive. I highly recommend if ur stay it's short in Paris, this company!🙏🙂

Ich finde es sehr schade, dass der elektronische Guide nur auf Englisch angeboten wurde, zumal mit KI sehr einfach Übersetzungen zB in Deutsch oder andere Sprachen möglich sind. Die Tickets standen nicht 24 Stunden im Voraus zur Verfügung, so dass ein Printout nicht mehr möglich war. Der Link zum eTicket stand am Checkin nicht zur Verfügung. Das Louvre Wlan ist am Checkin auch nicht verfügbar. Erst nach Verlassen der Checkin Zone war das Louvre Wlan erreichbar und die Tickets verfügbar. Proffesionslität geht anders!

I downloaded the app for audio tour but was unable to use. The guide, whom was very nice, led the group directly to the Mona Lisa rather than the starting point for the audio tour. We rushed past so many great exhibits. By the time I realized it was too difficult to get back to the starting point therefore I was not able to follow the audio tour which was the primary reason for choosing this purchase option. Very disappointing.

Leider waren die Informationen in der Mail und auf den Tickets anderslautende. Die App hat die Tickets nicht angezeigt. Musste per KI neu anfragen. Nicht wirklich gut. Am Ende gab es keine klare Aussage. Die Reservierung war unter dem Strich zu teuer, da wir für den ausgewiesenen Ticketpreis von je 22 Euro für zwei Personen an heabiut 69 Euro bezahlt haben. Aber das Museum ist unglaublich!

Tickets are non-refundable.

Flexible entry: visit any time during operating hours (9am–7pm) on your chosen day.

Not valid for private or special events.

Family Ticket: valid for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children, or 1 adult + 3 children).

Children up to 4 years old enter free.

Louvre Museum

Tickets can also be purchased via official channels, starting at €22 for a reserved time slot (subject to availability).
