The 39 Steps is coming back to the West End, bringing its unique brand of theatrical mayhem to the stage. Directed by Nicola Samer, the production stays true to Patrick Barlow's original, Tony award-winning adaptation. Barlow playfully reimagines John Buchan's 1915 novel and Alfred Hitchcock's 1935 film, weaving a tapestry of mistaken identity, espionage, and slapstick comedy. The cast will feature Tom Byrne (The Crown) as Richard Hannay, Safeena Ladha (She, The Great Gatsby) as Annabella Schmidt, Pamela, and Margaret. The 39 Steps relies on brilliant prop work for side-splitting action sequences. The story
