My dear friend and I who I have visited every year at this time for a an annual celebration. I wanted to book something special for us both to enjoy. special is what we got!! Neither of us have been in the London eye, Hop on bus or the Thames cruise! It was truly magnificent from start to finish! The cruise was so relaxing the the host knowledgeable, lots of important historical information was shared to us all on board. London eye was great, my friend was so nervous, but thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The gift shop was great, very reasonably priced, we got shirts for £25( good quality) tote bags for £6 and great deals on photos. We finished of our day with the Hop on bus to take us back to Westminster. FABULOUS value for £63 each for this memorable 3 in 1 ticket. Will definitely return next year

The BigBusTours was great, the commentary was spot on and very interesting. The bus frequency was good despite the slow heavy London traffic. The ability to choose one's group time on the London eye worked well and overall the use of the tickets w as effucent and very convenient

The river cruise in particular was a highlight for our group, with a great guide and easy trip! The buses were quite warm, with no A/C and lots of traffic leading to no airflow, so we actually got off and walked rather than ride it all the way to our destination.

Easy getting to experiences despite the crowds. Staff were so helpful and I enjoyed the cruise to Tower of London, hopping on the BIG BUS and getting back to the London Eye for the views. A great day!

It was a beautiful day. The London Eye offered a spectacular view, and the river boat trip was also very enjoyable, especially thanks to the great commentary along the way.
