I was socdelighted when I arrived way too early and the staff allowed us to enter so early as one of my family ended up in hospital in another part of London and my early entry meant I could wnjoy the attraction with my youngest son and then travel to my oldest son in hospital in time for the visiting hours. The staff were amazing Also my son was put in the dock which was hilarious!!! I would definitely recommend this attraction to family and friends

Adorei a experiência. Não há fila para entrar, o que é ótimo e o tempo de espera para iniciar a atração é divertido com muita intereção com o staff. Acho que é uma forma interativa, educacional e divertida para aprender mais sobre a história da Inglaterra. Há sempre uma introdução e conteúdo sobre o que irá passar. Os jump scares são do melhor, acho que uma melhoria seria tocar em pessoas aleatórias no escuro para dar mais emoção ao medo. Fui desafiada logo no início do jogo a percorrer um corredor meio escuro sozinha e devo dizer que superei o medo e conclui com sucesso. O Riper e a bruxa são fenomenais, com experiência de jump scare ótimas. O cabeleireiro tem a parte sensorial que acrescenta poder à experiência. Por fim, a queda livre é a cereja no topo do bolo.

Arrive at the London Dungeon and present your ticket at the entrance for validation. Once inside, follow the designated route to begin your journey through a series of themed shows and interactive sets.

The London Dungeon brings centuries of London’s dark history to life through theatrical storytelling, live actors, and cutting-edge special effects in a fully immersive experience.

Rides and special effects: Move through immersive environments featuring motion-based rides, dramatic lighting, sound design, and realistic visual effects that heighten tension and bring each scene vividly to life.

Upgrades: Enhance your visit with flexible Anytime Entry or the VIP Package, which includes a Digital Photo Pass with unlimited photos and a premium cocktail or mocktail at The Tavern.

What to bring

Please have your tickets ready on your phone to show at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

Sharp objects, large luggage, cameras, video recording equipment, smoking, vaping, alcohol, and outside food or beverages are not permitted.

Photography is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

For safety reasons, children under 5 years are not allowed.

Accessibility

The experience is wheelchair accessible; however, only one wheelchair user is admitted per hour.

Guests with accessibility needs can book a free carer ticket alongside their own.

Pregnant guests are welcome, but the Drop Dead ride is not suitable.

Additional information

The London Dungeon is not suitable for children under 5 years.

The experience is not recommended for those of a nervous disposition or children under 12; entry for children under 12 is at parental or guardian discretion.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.

Disabled guests pay standard admission, and carers enter free of charge.
