Great Price with entry for both the tower & the cathedral. The entrance fee ticket also got you free use of the lockers by the tower (bags aren't allowed up it) & the nearby toilets. Easy to buy, the tickets came with a map of the area which was very handy & the staff at the entrance to both places were nice & friendly! The views from the top are great & we would recommend the tour for sure!

The only way to buy the tickets to climb this iconic tower is online. (And headout offers some discount!) Although it may sounds expensive for less than an hour activity, the experience is amazing like no other tower. So glad it is finally open to public after years of closure for restoration. Must climb if you're in Pisa! You have travelled too far to be stingy. 😜

Le site est génial et l'organisation exceptionnelle. Il suffit d'avoir son billet électronique pour avoir accès aux toilettes bien entretenues et même pour les consignes pour les sacs à mains. Bravo, un exemple pour beaucoup d'autres sites touristiques.

Superbe endroit. De plus tout est super bien indiqué. La tour est magnifique, la Cathédrale est immense et surprenante de beauté et d’histoire. A faire au moins une fois dans sa vie.

Leaning Tower of Pisa

Strict dress code: Since the Cathedral is a place of worship, all guests must wear clothing that covers their shoulders and knees.

Free lockers are available for personal belongings at 21 Piazza del Duomo – metal objects, bags, or containers are not allowed in.

Accessibility

Leaning Tower of Pisa

The climb involves 294 steep steps with no elevators, so it is not accessible for wheelchair users and guests with cardiovascular issues.

For safety reasons, children under 8 are not allowed to climb, and those aged 8-18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Florence to Pisa Round-Trip Train

To activate your ticket, the check-in must be done before the scheduled train departure time. You will receive a link in the confirmation email and via SMS. Check-in opens at 12am on the date of travel.

It is possible for you to make an unlimited number of date and departure changes until 11:59pm on the day before travel.

On the day of travel, if your check-in is not yet done, you will have the chance to make an unlimited number of departure time changes.

Both journeys to/from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station have 1 change at Pisa Centrale. Please change trains from the PisaMover (8 min ride) to the Regionale.

Leaning Tower of Pisa

Tickets are timed. Please check the time of your visit. If you are late you will not be allowed in.

Due to high demand, your chosen time slot may not be available: if this happens you will be allocated a new slot an hour before or after your original choice. Please note that you will only be allowed at the top of the tower for 30 minutes.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your tour to avoid any delays.

Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
