154 этаж великолепен отсутствием толпы. Минус: даже при билетах на 154 этаж стоишь в общей очереди к лифтам. Открытый балкон на 152 этаже отдельное впечатление.

Getting started

Arrive at the Burj Khalifa’s Lower Ground floor, near the “At the Top” entrance in The Dubai Mall, and collect your tickets at the Will Call Counter. Pass through an express security check before taking the high-speed elevator directly to the Lounge.

Levels 124 & 125 – Café Treat

Access to Levels 124 & 125: Enjoy sweeping city views from floor-to-ceiling glass walls and outdoor terraces.

Levels 152–154 – Lounge

Access to Levels 152, 153 & 154: Step into the world’s highest lounge, featuring elegant interiors and sky-high terraces.

Light gourmet fare: Enjoy a curated spread of canapés, delicate desserts, and unlimited tea, coffee, and house beverages.

One glass of bubbly or house wine: Toast to the view with a premium drink included in your experience.

Fast-track entry & exit: Bypass regular queues with priority access via a private elevator.

Includes access to Levels 124 & 125: Explore both standard observation decks before or after your Lounge experience.

Note: Additional food and beverages beyond the included selections are not part of either ticket.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID or passport for entry verification.

It is recommended to carry your booking confirmation (printed or digital).

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the Burj Khalifa.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.

Accessibility

The experience is wheelchair accessible, with elevators and accessible restrooms available.

Additional information

Children under 3 years old do not require a ticket; children between 3 and 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

A maximum of 50 people are allowed on the observation deck at any given time.

There may be a queue for the observation deck exhibits.

During the month of Ramadan, food and beverages will not be served until Iftar (sunset).

Attractions can be visited for up to 1.5 hours.

If you wish to view the Dubai Fountain show, it is recommended to book your visit approximately 30 minutes before your preferred showtime. The Dubai Fountain schedule is 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM daily (except Friday: 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM); evening shows run every 30 minutes from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Please allow up to 20 minutes to walk from the Burj Khalifa Metro Station to the entrance.

Tickets can be collected at the Will Call Counter located on the lower ground level of The Dubai Mall.

How to Redeem Your Tickets

You will receive an email with your Burj Khalifa: At the Top Sky Lounge with Introductory Tour (Level 152 & 154) voucher shortly. You need not take a print out. Please download and display the voucher on your mobile phone at the ticketing counter at the meeting point to collect your physical tickets.

How to Get There

Enter the Burj Khalifa via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level. Display the voucher at the will-call ticket counter located at the At The Top entrance on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall.
