Booking the VIP Lounge experience was a game changer. The queue was already 2 hours long when I arrived, but I got to by-pass this and was guided to the top floors because of the sticker 'status' I purchased. The views from the top levels were beyond incredible...breathtaking! This was definitely elevated by the professional, warm, authentic and focused staff who acknowledged and maintained a very high level of hospitality on all levels of the lounge area. The complementary nibbles and drink options were plentiful and enhanced this premium experience. The marvel of being as this level of the Burj Khalifa is a pinch-me moment. I can’t recommend this “Very Inspiring Perspective” highly enough.

Amazing experience, but you need VIP access to the lounge on the 153-155th floor. It is more expensive, but we were there almost alone, excellent and helpful service, they will take beautiful photos of your device. Just be careful with the local professional photographers, they take beautiful photos, but 440.- AED for one photo is a bit much. There were already too many people on the 148th floor, and I'm not even talking about the 124th and 125th floors.

I chose the VIP Package and wasn't disappointed. Very well organised and beat the queue to the lifts. I paid for access to the very top 152 floor and was greeted with a beer. Nice snack food too and a very relaxed environment. There was no pressure to leave. We worked our way down the observation floors. Really enjoyed going outside and taking the views. I would recommend sunset and see the city lights. Highly recommend the experience.

Moin, das Ticket für die ebene 154 war top. Man wird in der Lounge unten beim Ticketschalter empfangen und darf in der sog. sky lounge warten. Der Guide kommt denn holt einen ab und es geht auf den "fast track" an der Warteschlange vorbei zur Sicherheitskontrolle. Dann geht es nach einem kleinen Fußmarsch ab in den Aufzug und es geht los. Auf der ebene 154 angekommen wird man mit einem Glas sekt, wer das mag empfangen. Danach kann man auf den Balkon gehen und den ausblick genießen, wer davon genug hat, geht zurück in die Lounge, dort wird man mit Getränken, gebäck und snacks versorgt. Alleine der ausblick ist es schon wert.Wer davon denn genug hat kann weiter herunterfahren ind die ebenen 148 und 124 und darf docrt den Ausblick genießen. Allem in allem waren wir 2 Stunden auf dem Burj Khalifa und haben jede minute genossen, Der Ausblick, das Essen und die Freundlichen Mitarbeiter einfach Hervorragend. Klar kostet das alles seinen Preis, aber mal ehrlich, DAS macht man nur einmal. Also eine 5 von einer 5

Getting started

Arrive at the Burj Khalifa’s Lower Ground floor, near the “At the Top” entrance in The Dubai Mall, and collect your tickets at the Will Call Counter. Pass through an express security check before taking the high-speed elevator directly to the Lounge.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID or passport for entry verification.

It is recommended to carry your booking confirmation (printed or digital).

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the Burj Khalifa.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.

Accessibility

The experience is wheelchair accessible, with elevators and accessible restrooms available.

Additional information

Children under 3 years old do not require a ticket; children between 3 and 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

A maximum of 50 people are allowed on the observation deck at any given time.

There may be a queue for the observation deck exhibits.

During the month of Ramadan, food and beverages will not be served until Iftar (sunset).

Attractions can be visited for up to 1.5 hours.

If you wish to view the Dubai Fountain show, it is recommended to book your visit approximately 30 minutes before your preferred showtime. The Dubai Fountain schedule is 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM daily (except Friday: 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM); evening shows run every 30 minutes from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Please allow up to 20 minutes to walk from the Burj Khalifa Metro Station to the entrance.

Tickets can be collected at the Will Call Counter located on the lower ground level of The Dubai Mall.

How to Redeem Your Tickets

You will receive an email with your Burj Khalifa: At the Top Sky Lounge with Introductory Tour (Level 152 & 154) voucher shortly. You need not take a print out. Please download and display the voucher on your mobile phone at the ticketing counter at the meeting point to collect your physical tickets.

Enter the Burj Khalifa via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level. Display the voucher at the will-call ticket counter located at the At The Top entrance on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall.
