Burj Khalifa was an absolute highlight of our vacation in Dubai. Headout rates were super competative. We booked Burj Khalifa with Cafe Treat, Museum of the future, Dubai Aquarium, Dubai Frame, Global Village tickets all via Headout. On-site tickets or tickets from other apps were way too costly. I think Headout's tie-ups with Third Party vendors is very strong while other apps are still lagging behind. Our Experience was absolutely amazing. Self, wife & kid enjoyed a lot in Dubai. Whenever it came to planning a visit to any prominent place... Tacit Hand Holding by Headout was always felt. Overall... It was a trip well spent. Quick tip, buy your tickets online to save big bucks & to save precious time on long queues outside each site.

Booking the VIP Lounge experience was a game changer. The queue was already 2 hours long when I arrived, but I got to by-pass this and was guided to the top floors because of the sticker 'status' I purchased. The views from the top levels were beyond incredible...breathtaking! This was definitely elevated by the professional, warm, authentic and focused staff who acknowledged and maintained a very high level of hospitality on all levels of the lounge area. The complementary nibbles and drink options were plentiful and enhanced this premium experience. The marvel of being as this level of the Burj Khalifa is a pinch-me moment. I can’t recommend this “Very Inspiring Perspective” highly enough.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent visit to Burj Khalifa, where my family and I purchased VIP tickets. Overall, the experience met our expectations in terms of access, views, and general organization. However, we encountered a notable issue related to the service included in the VIP package. According to the ticket terms, complimentary beverages were included. Unfortunately, despite multiple polite requests to the service staff, no drinks were served to us during our visit. We did not receive water, coffee, or any other beverages, and our requests were repeatedly acknowledged but not followed up on. Eventually, we had to proceed without receiving the service that was part of the ticket price. During our visit, we also became aware that other guests experienced similar issues, which suggests this may not have been an isolated incident but rather a service gap during peak operations. We are sharing this feedback constructively, as Burj Khalifa represents a world-class landmark, and consistency in VIP-level service is an important part of that reputation. We trust this information will be useful for internal review and service quality improvement.

we took the VIP option. It is expensive and you only get one free drinks. The official photos option was very very expensive for what it is $100. Overall, not worth the $200 per person out lay

Getting started

Arrive at the Burj Khalifa’s Lower Ground floor, near the “At the Top” entrance in The Dubai Mall, and collect your tickets at the Will Call Counter. Pass through an express security check before taking the high-speed elevator directly to the Lounge.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID or passport for entry verification.

It is recommended to carry your booking confirmation (printed or digital).

What’s not allowed

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the Burj Khalifa.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.

Accessibility

The experience is wheelchair accessible, with elevators and accessible restrooms available.

Additional information

Children under 3 years old do not require a ticket; children between 3 and 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

A maximum of 50 people are allowed on the observation deck at any given time.

There may be a queue for the observation deck exhibits.

During the month of Ramadan, food and beverages will not be served until Iftar (sunset).

Attractions can be visited for up to 1.5 hours.

If you wish to view the Dubai Fountain show, it is recommended to book your visit approximately 30 minutes before your preferred showtime. The Dubai Fountain schedule is 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM daily (except Friday: 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM); evening shows run every 30 minutes from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Please allow up to 20 minutes to walk from the Burj Khalifa Metro Station to the entrance.

Tickets can be collected at the Will Call Counter located on the lower ground level of The Dubai Mall.

How to Redeem Your Tickets

You will receive an email with your Burj Khalifa: At the Top Sky Lounge with Introductory Tour (Level 152 & 154) voucher shortly. You need not take a print out. Please download and display the voucher on your mobile phone at the ticketing counter at the meeting point to collect your physical tickets.

How to Get There

Enter the Burj Khalifa via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level. Display the voucher at the will-call ticket counter located at the At The Top entrance on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall.
