The tour was amazing! The payment process was a rip off. I'm military and had my identification prsented when I went to pick up my tickets. Unbeknownst to me, your payment site jumps to some site that didn't allow me to get my discount. I will not be visiting your park again and will advise my fellow service members to beware of this process. It wasn't fair that the lady at the counter denied me (with ID) to not get the discounted rate. It would have been easier to go to ID.ME to purchase the tickets than to use your site. Very disappointed.

We did the movie set tour today and the experience was amazing. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, informative and she kept the ride entertaining thoughout. The landscape was beautiful and seeing the sets of many much enjoyed movies made the whole experience even better. Brian (Australia)

Great visit. The guide host was excellent very pleasant and knowledegable about the history of the land and the people of Hawaii. Enjoyable and enlightening of some of the shows, and movies that were filmed on the Ranch. The food was great and tasty

Was an excellent time. Came here for my 40th B day and was worth every penny. The views of the mountains were great and Zach was a great tour guide and knew a lot about the movies. Would recommend this to anyone.

What to bring

Carry a Valid photo ID with you for the tour.

Additional information

Arrive at the Ticket Office at least 45 minutes before your tour is scheduled to start to check in.

Children under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult to participate.

For those traveling with infants aged 2 or younger, they will be seated on your lap during the tour. The infant needs to be included in your booking as well.
