Whether it’s the glass-floor open space of the rooftop deck or the 5th-floor observation deck, there is no better way to enjoy a unique view of Osaka and the Rokko Mountains.
What’s more, you get to step into their light-themed museum filled with neon art surrounding the theme red and a rotating cafe where you can snack on delicious food as you watch the ships sail away from the port.
