Your ticket gives access to activity experiences at no additional cost.

Let kids run the show in a city designed just for them, with hands-on, real-world role play.

They’ll earn kidZos along the way and take home keepsakes from their experiences.

The entire venue is indoors, so weather won’t affect your plans.

Choose from an 8-hour ticket (from 9am), 1st Shift (9am–2:30pm), or 2nd Shift (3:30pm–8pm).

KidZania is a city where kids play the leading role, try their favorite jobs using real equipment and tools, and learn about the structure of society — all in a fun, engaging way.

Getting started

Once you arrive at KidZania, check in at the Ticket Counter by showing your mobile voucher. Kids will receive an Activity Set (JOB Schedule Card & 50 kidZos), which allows them to begin activities. All activities are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

What to expect

KidZania is an indoor, kid-sized city where children aged 3 to 15 learn about jobs, activities, and society through realistic role-playing experiences.

Features

Realistic Role-Play Experiences: Kids can use real equipment and tools to experience roles such as Firefighter, Doctor, Pilot, and more.

Earn & Spend kidZos: Kids earn KidZania’s currency, called kidZos, as salary for completing job experiences and can spend kidZos on shopping or services.

Take Home Keepsakes: Many experiences focus on creating items that kids can eat or take home as a keepsake.

Smart Time Planning: Shorter Part-Time Jobs help kids fit more experiences into their visit.

Indoor Experience: KidZania offers a comfortable indoor environment in any weather, making it easy to plan your visit year-round.

What to bring

Your smartphone with your admission confirmation email or mobile voucher for admission.

Simple clothing that can be worn under uniforms and does not restrict movement.

Allergen-free food, baby food, insulated drink bottles, or plastic bottled drinks (one per person)

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks, except for allergen-free food, baby food, insulated drink bottles or plastic bottled drinks (one per person).

Groups that do not contain at least one kid between the ages of 3 and 15 years old are not allowed to enter.

These tickets cannot be combined with other reservations or plans.

Additional information

Doors open 30 minutes before each shift. Activities are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Only kids aged 3 to 15 years old can experience activities.

Toddlers under 3 years old can enter for free. Groups consisting of only guardians and toddlers are not allowed to enter.

Experiencing activities does not require any additional fees.

Nearby parking is available for a fee, but includes a complimentary period.

Cancellations and refunds are not available after the reservation deadline.

Please carefully check your visit's date and shift before arriving at KidZania. Admission may be refused for mistakes in reservation information.
