This was a must do on anyone's bucket list. Totally blown away by the professionalism, excitment, and memories the VIP Tour provided. Our guide gave us so much information that you typically won't read about the space program. It simply amazed us. If this tour isn't on your bucket list, add it now.

We had a group of 11 people and were staying at a resort less than a mile from our pick-up location. The tour accommodated our request to pick us up from our resort so that we did not have to figure out a way to get to the original pick up location. Our driver, Kevin, was excellent and provided a ton of information and he recommended the order of attractions to visit to make the most of our day.

We had a great time on our VIP KSC tour. FYI, this is a none guided tour. They drove us from our hotel and back, with snacks. However, our driver/guide was very informative. I would recommend you take a few notes on the map they give you in your snack bag. We followed his advice and it worked very well.....

Die Orga über headout lief absolut problemlos. Wir wurden pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt, der Tourguide (Maurice?) war super nett und sehr unterhaltsam. Das Spacecenter ist absolut einen Besuch wert. Alles sehr beeindruckend mit einigen "Whouw" Momenten.

Our private ride over with Ismael was absolutely worth the price. Great driver, nice conversation, beautiful comfortable vehicle and nothing to think about. As for the space center itself, what an incredible tour. My ticket stated that the additional cost was only for the drive over and back. However, we did receive a small group guided VIP tour of the grounds that take you to areas not included in the GA ticket. It has been over 20 years since my first visit and so much has been added! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR OUR FAMILY OF 6. I would do it over and over again!

The exhibits were put together nicely. I would've left 5 stars but some of the staff were unfriendly and it took us a long time to find the lockers as they aren't indicated on any map and the employee we asked didn't know where they were located.

What to bring

Food and beverages packed in small, soft-sided coolers are permitted.

Glass bottles or containers are not permitted.

No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted.

This experience is wheelchair accessible.

There are restaurants, restrooms, and souvenir shops available on-site.

Additional information

With your general admission ticket, you can visit the Gantry at LC-39, the newest attraction at the Kennedy Space Center.

The Small Group refers to the tour vehicle bringing people to and from the Visitor Center. It does not refer to any portion of the day in the facility.

The 'VIP' experience is for the hotel pick-ups, snacks, and extra tickets included in comparison to standard bus tours to the Kennedy Space Center.

Maximum group size: 12

Pick-up will be on a sharing basis with other people in the group. This ticket does not include separate transportation.

For security, all bags are subject to search.

If your scheduled tour date becomes a rocket launch, please contact us, as regular packages may not be permitted (launch-dependent).

The Holidays in Space show takes place nightly at 6:50pm from December 21-30 (excluding Christmas Day) at the Rocket Garden.

Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

Please display your mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at the time of pick-up.

Please arrive at the pick-up point 10 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid any delays.

Bring valid photo ID proof for verification.

Wait outside the pick-up point, as the guides will not go into lobbies or stores to look for you.

Pick-up points:

7am: Charley's Steakhouse Parkway Blvd - Kissimmee.

7:10am: Disney Swan Hotel (1190) Zone 4.

7:20am: Golden Corral Lake Buena Vista.

7:35am: Universal - Pacifica Ballroom at Royal Pacific.

7:50am: Avanti Palms Resort and Conference Center Orlando.

8:00am: ICON Park (Back of Complex below the Wheel).

Getting there

If you choose to reach Kennedy Space Center on your own, you will miss the tour guide-narrated bus journey from Central Florida.

You would be able to meet the tour guide upon arrival, and they would provide your admission and bus tour ticket, but you would have missed the guided transport.

Late arrivals and people who miss their tour pick-up will be considered no-shows and will not be eligible for a refund.

The tour reservations have strict timings. If you are late, you will not be able to join the group or reschedule unless you pay for the activity again (subject to availability).
