Paddle your kayak for a little over an hour navigating past tiny islands and observing marine birds and their nesting grounds. Biesanz Bay, a hidden beautiful inlet where you can rest, enjoy a snack and snorkel.
The 30-minute stop will allow you to explore the coastline. Water’s visibility will vary depending on the season, and there will be opportunities to spot parrotfish, starfish, angelfish and maybe even a sea turtle.
Get ready to paddle back to the pier on your kayak, and during the journey look for pelicans, flying fish or other marine life. Upon returning to the pier, you’ll head back to base camp to enjoy a little conversation over a delicious homemade meal. Easier than river kayaking; this Manuel Antonio tour does not require previous experience.
Pick Up: Hotel or Location in Manuel Antonio.
Departure Time: 8:00am and 1:30pm.

What to bring

Bring suntan lotion, sunglasses with a retainer cord, a camera, a hat or visor, and a beach towel for your comfort and protection during the tour.

Kayaks are available for either one or two passengers per vessel.

From May to November, only morning tours are available due to weather conditions.

Children must be at least 8 years old to participate in this experience.

No previous kayaking experience is required to join the tour.

The difficulty level of this experience is high, so be prepared for a physically demanding activity.

Pick-up is available from hotels or locations in Manuel Antonio; please provide your lodging information if you require pick-up.
