The whole experience is something we will remember forever... everything from the train travel and cable car was spectacular. Then we arrived and the weather was perfect. Standing outside the view is magical.

It is pretty spectacular to witness the Engineering Marvel that Switzerland has achieved through the gondola and train route specially on the TOP OF EUROPE trip.. Views are incredibly beautiful too. It might appear to be the only activity marketed so heavily by Switzerland but I feel its truely worth it. Very doable with small kids and a great family outing. Be mindful the total journey is upwards of 5 hours.

The views was exhilarating especially on a sunny day with no wind and temperature around zero degrees Centigrade. The Spinx lookout and the walk on the glacier provided a real feel of the magnificence of Jungfraujoch. The discovery tour allowed us to experience inside and outside beauties of the area as well as its history. Great job in creating the station and the entire gondola/train transportation system, which resulted in the high cost of the ticket.

Our trip to Jungfraujoch was absolutely amazing and truly the highlight of our time in Switzerland. The breathtaking views, the snowy peaks, and the entire experience were simply unforgettable. It may be a bit pricey for some, but it’s worth every penny. Reaching the Top of Europe is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience — one we’ll always cherish as one of our most memorable moments in Switzerland.

It is recommended to wear warm clothing and snow boots, and carry sunglasses, as Jungfraujoch is situated at a high altitude.

Accessibility

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible. However, it's recommended that wheelchair users opt for the Eiger Express Gondola for guaranteed accommodation.

Additional information

Note: This ticket also includes seat reservation for the descent. Descent is scheduled 3 hours later. If you miss boarding the gondola at the descent time, you'll have to wait in the queue for a long time.

For the Eigergletscher-Jungfraujoch route, you have the option to reserve a seat post-booking to avoid waiting times on peak days.
