Jungfrau is honestly one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had. As you go higher and the mountains open up around you, you really feel how powerful and beautiful nature is. At the top, it feels like you’re on another level — the air is fresh, the snow crunches under your feet, and the views are absolutely unreal. The journey itself is an adventure: the scenic train ride, the tunnels, the altitude — everything makes the moment special. The Aletsch Glacier completely amazed me with its beauty; I could stand there and look at it for hours. Yes, the trip is not cheap, but the feelings and memories you get from Jungfrau are worth every franc. It’s a place that truly energizes you and stays with you.

Booking my ticket was very convenient and hassle-free. For adventure lovers, this does not disappoint. Activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and hiking add excitement, while other views allow visitors to simply walk, reflect, and enjoy the surroundings. We chose to go on the earlier time to avoid the crowds which was a good choice. It did not feel crowded at all. The discovery tour was well posted. We did take it slowly as we were feeling dizzy from the altitude and we felt there was little warning of this when booking The ice sculptures were not as intricate as I thought they would be

We experienced perfect weather for the Jungfrau. We loved the train up there and then the views and ice tunnels were magical. The restaurant was very reasonable price and very tasty. We had traditional Swiss pork meal and Cheese Fondue. Would highly recommend for any other fellow Aussies or overseas travellers to come!

The quickest way to the Top of Europe

Grindelwald Terminal railway station is your gateway to Jungfraujoch and the skiing and hiking areas at the foot of the Eiger North Face. Board the Eiger Express tricable gondola to the Eiger Glacier station, and reach in 15 minutes. En-route, gaze out at the largest north face of the Alps on one side and the summit ring of the Bernese foothills with the Lauberhorn, Männlichen and Faulhorn on the other.
