impossible de telecharger les tickets d'entrée à partir de l'application HEADOUT. Heureusement, un gardin à l'entrée du jardin, a eu la gentillesse de nous sortir de cette difficulté. Il a bien vu que nous avions réglé nos tickets sur votre application et nous a inscrit sur un autre site pour nous faire accéder à l'entrée.

Les jardins sont à voir , la gestion de la visite sur site est très bien organisée le seul bémol , les touristes ne s'imaginent pas la complexité pour obtenir des billets . Il faut presque réserver avant le départ ! Le site est simplement victime de son succès .

The visit itself was very good but email with ticket ended up in Junk Mail even when I found it had difficulty opening it as outside venue and no wifi!! A warning to check Junk Mail would have been appreciated prior to going to the venue.
