Check-in time is 15 minutes before the start of your session. Please do not be late — refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or missed sessions.

Weigh-in required. All participants will be weighed in, fully clothed, during the check-in process. Those unable to meet the weight requirement (60–275 lbs) will not be permitted to participate and will not be offered a refund or reschedule.
