The cruise was relaxing and entertaining with opportunities to hop off and further explore sites on land. The commentator was knowledgable and funny and kept the passengers engaged. We ordered lunch from our seats and it was served promptly with friendly service. Be careful not to confuse the London Bridge with the London Tower Bridge!

We had a wonderful experience today taking an Uber Boat from Westminster to Tower Pier as part of my son’s first birthday celebration. It turned out to be one of the highlights of our day in London. The journey offered beautiful sightseeing views along the Thames, which made the trip both relaxing and memorable. Traveling by boat was smooth, convenient, and a refreshing change from typical city transport. It also worked perfectly as a comfortable commute back to our hotel. The staff were helpful, and everything felt well-organized. Overall, it was a great experience that added something special to our celebration, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Croaziera pe Tamisa a fost încântătoare! Biletul cu flexibilitatea orei de plecare și alegerea debarcaderului a fost foarte convenabil pentru prima călătorie, când nu știam cum ne vom încadra în timp. Condițiile de pe vasul de croazieră au fost foarte bune și au permis să ne bucurăm de ruta de navigație de la London Eye până la Greenwich, de priveliște, de obiectivele turistice prezentate detaliat și într-o manieră atragătoare. Am aflat lucruri noi, am râs, am apreciat și am aplaudat expunerea presărată cu momente amuzante. Și vremea caldă cu soare blând a contribuit la creșterea plăcerii voiajului în care Tamisa ne-a legănat cu valurile ei. Revenim cu mult drag!

Loved the experience and really well organised so no long wait, the views were incredible would recommend for anyone. The only negative I found were staff were very moody when queuing up and getting off the ride with no interaction. We did catch the Uber boat afterwards which added to the trip

What to expect

IFS Cloud Cable Car

The UK’s first and only urban cable car links Greenwich Peninsula with the Royal Docks, soaring 90 metres above the Thames for a fresh perspective on London’s skyline.

Thames River Cruise

Cruise the River Thames with a flexible one-way ticket, boarding and disembarking at Westminster, London Eye, Greenwich, or Tower piers—whenever suits your plans.

What’s not allowed

IFS Cloud Cable Car

E-scooters, e-bikes and e-unicycles are prohibited on the IFS Cloud Cable Car in line with TfL policy.

Accessibility

IFS Cloud Cable Car

This experience is wheelchair accessible.

The maximum weight for wheelchairs is 300kg, and the maximum size is 700mm by 1300mm.

You get on and off through the same doors, so there may not be enough space for you to turn around. This means you may have to reverse your wheelchair or scooter to get in or out of the cars.

The cable cars can be slowed down to allow you plenty of time to board.

Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters must be turned off inside the cars.

This experience may not be suitable for guests with vertigo, motion sensitivity, acrophobia (fear of heights), heart conditions, or anxiety disorders.

For your convenience, your guide dogs are welcome to join you.

Thames River Cruise

This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

IFS Cloud Cable Car

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for boarding procedures.

Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of booking.

You can either remain in the car and return to your starting terminal or get off at the opposite terminal and make your return at any time on the same day.

The cars arrive every 30 seconds and carry up to 10 people.

One-way journeys take up to 10 minutes but vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions.

The IFS Cloud Cable Car may temporarily close due to lightning and thunder in the immediate area or very strong winds.

Bicycles are accepted on the IFS Cloud Cable Car at all times. Guests with bicycles travel for free on the cable car before 10:30am on weekdays, excluding bank holidays.

Children under the age of five travel free (when accompanied by a fare-paying adult). Children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Pets are allowed in the cars but must be carried at all times.

Thames River Cruise

The average cruising time for a Thames sightseeing cruise from one pier to the other is 40 mins, except from Westminster Pier to London Eye Pier, which is 10 mins.

Facilities: Restrooms and baby changing facilities.
