I was disappointed we couldn't take our own photos inside, that didn't seem fair. The experience was already expensive enough but then they wanted us to pay more for a family photo, not cool. The gloves could be better. My hands instantly hurt with cold from the moment we walked in pretty much. I was also disappointed the glasses weren't ice.

Very organised, had uggs and coats ready for you, and inside the sculptures and the fact everything was made out of ice was amazing! And the drinks were good too!

On arrival, you'll be bundled up in snug snow gear including gloves, Ugg boots, and a snow cape, preparing you for an arctic experience like no other. As you step inside, you'll see interiors made entirely of ice, from icy tables to chairs. Enjoy your 45-minute sojourn amidst 40 tonnes of ice, indulging in the coolest beverages you've ever tasted, served in an ice glass.

Don't forget to check out some interesting add-ons to enhance your experience further. If you have an adventurous palate, opt for the ice shot that comes with the Deluxe and Premium tickets. What to bring

It is recommended to wear long pants and closed shoes. However, IceBar provides snow capes, gloves, and Ugg boots (where required). You'll feel the chill no matter what you wear, so the more clothes you wear, the longer you'll last!

It is recommended to ensure your child, aged 4 and below, is wearing appropriate cold-weather clothing.

Arctic temperatures are not recommended for toddlers and babies.

Guests aged 18 and below must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under 18 receive only the standard child ticket benefits, such as snow gear and a mocktail, while the adult guests in each variant receive the specified amenities.
