The Yellow Bus experience is one of the best ways to get to know Lisbon. I was traveling with a large and diverse group, ranging from elderly adults to a two-year-old child, so finding a way to stay together while respecting everyone’s pace and preferences was essential. The bus turned out to be the perfect choice, especially because of the flexibility to hop on and hop off as often as we wanted. The drivers were consistently kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. Definitely a memorable highlight of the trip.

We hebben genoten van de mooie omgeving. Aan boord was de informatie ook beschikbaar in het Nederlands wat voor mijn partner heel fijn was, want hij spreekt minder goed Engels. We vonden de info ook super interessant en ik waardeerde ook de Portugese muziek tussendoor in de stukken dat er niet gesproken werd. Hierdoor werd de beleving nog beter. Ook de combinatie met de tram tour vonden wij heel leuk. Hierdoor hebben wij Lissabon nog beter kunnen bekijken. Maar waar we helemaal dolenthousiast over waren was de bestuurder van de tram tour. Deze man was duidelijk gepassioneerd in zijn werk. Hij vertelde ongelooflijk veel over de stad, over de tram en over wat hij ging doen, hoe het stadsleven was in Lissabon en zelfs over het tramongeluk en waarom de beroemde lift nu buiten gebruik was. Hij was zo gepassioneerd aan het vertellen dat we soms vergaten naar de info via de oortjes te luisteren. Echt fantastisch! Al met al hebben we de stad fantastisch goed kunnen bekijken en heel veel geleerd over de geschiedenis van deze mooie stad. Een dikke aanrader!

Ich habe beim ersten einchecken eine Papiereintrittskarte für den Bus bekommen. Diese habe ich irgendwie beim Besuch des Klosters verloren. Der Busfahrer hat mich dann nicht mit der Eintrittskarte online passieren lassen. So habe ich dann ein Taxi gerufen und konnte den Bus nicht weiterhin nutzen. Das fand ich recht ärgerlich. Wozu buche ich online und hab ein Ticket auf dem Handy. Da ist doch ein weiteres in Papierform völlig überflüssig..
