Well organized, we booked our tickets months in advance. The voucher we received on line was very explicite with exception of the pick-up place. It was not mentioned to hop in the travel shop (near the seven-eleven supermarked) for our stickers and further information. Luckely we got there the exact pick-up spot of the bus, wich was more distant from the seven-eleven than indicated on the voucher. Perhaps to mention better the pick-up location on the voucher and advice to register in the travel shop. The people there were friendly and helpful. About the tour: friendly and helpful driver. Punctual. The combination of the two circuit tours covered the most important highlights of Singapore. A good experience to be recommended.

The bus ran the green route on the 1st hour and the orange route on the 2nd hour. It's great to see most of the city without getting off the bus. We stayed on the upper deck. The breeze helped cool us off in a Singapore sunny morning. We both had broad bim hats with strapes, which is highly recommended from sunburn.

Very nice experience of having both city line & marina line. Driver is very helpful and friendly. I could have a quick snap of Singapore's tourist points. Recommended for getting this. Thank you very much.

The drivers were helpful. The bus route stops covered a lot of landmark places. It was not truly wheelchair friendly, but it worked well with the driver's assistance.

The tour was not satisfactory as the bus also had limited routes where I was unable to see attractions req as the bus came late for pickup after dropping,so I thought it was very limited and also the Ac was not working ,so I felt there are places to improve as the tourist who travel on bus are international,req to improve the standard.

I liked that the two tours overlapped many places, the information provided was easily remembered. I didn't like the poor synchronisation of the audio and the man announcer spoke very poor English. The outside seats were uncomfortable . The voucher free breakfast was good
