The ease of getting off and on. For part of our trip we had an audio tour guide and the other part a human tour guide. Audio was good but the human tour guide was much better. We also took the Royal London and the Jack the Ripper walking tours. Both were led by Tobin who did a great job! Robin's attention to detail and information was outstanding!

Its a shame we did not go for hop on hop off bus earlier. We thoroughly enjoyed the bus trip and the commentary. Learnt new things about London. Shight seeing was marvellous in the lovely weather and the boat trip was icing on the cake.

Great tour great sites however in a 24 hour you shouldn't be given the Thames screws as well and the Jack the repertoire because she cannot with the traffic in London fitted all in in one day if you hop off anywhere

The first half was very good and the guide was great. Then the driver changed half way and the second half was complete silence and the driver kept jolting the bus. Second driver needs a lesson in being a your guide and driving!
