I loved the convenience & flexibility, along with support/assistance from bus drivers & other personnel at Union Square Station. I also valued the prompt assistance I got on the phone when I called with questions. The map, the directions, the brochure were easy to reference. I got the 2 day package which made it easier for me to be flexible with my plans to see the city while also taking into account both the weather & my family's wishes and energy level.

We bought a two day ticket and were glad we did. The first. day was a bit rough, the driver didn't speak great English and didn't narrate at all so we tried to listen to the tour on our phone but that was difficult to hear with the wind upstairs. The second day the driver was amazing. He did a live narration and it was awesome. Made all the difference. I left my phone on the bus and realized it right away. Called the office and the driver came right back with it. Very impresssed. Only major negative is they stop running too early so if you want to get dinner you need to get alternative transportation back to your car which was pricy. Overall good experience.
