Buying tickets was an easy process. Standing in the queue, I looked for tickets then downloaded the app as suggested. Then the pretty quickly the team arrived to check off our tickets and handed us a map and a set of earphones each. Within a few minutes of queuing we were on the bus. Thank you to all for the very quick process (even though it looked busy with a potential long wait).

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, zuverlässiger Ablauf und eine gute Tonqualität des Audio-Guide haben Spaß gemacht. We did the Hop on Hop off busses in Palma De Mallorca as well as Barcelona! The absolute best way to get around and familiarize yourself with a city.
