What to bring

• Bring along your towels, a waterproof disposable camera, watertight and transparent holdalls for your phone.

What's not allowed

• Keep in mind food & beverages, drones, alcohol, glass containers, over-sized bags, cases, luggage, personal belongings, or containers larger than 83cm x 38 cm x 40cm, carriers, carts, trolleys, cases, containers, luggage, shoes or any items with wheels (except for wheelchairs), firearms, ammunition or weapons of any description, and sharp metallic tools or objects are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

• Facilities: Lockers and parking.

• All rides have specific height and weight restrictions. Make sure to check before hopping on a ride. Visitors under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a visitor who is at least 18 years of age to enter Water World.
