I recently booked a helicopter ride through the Headout app, and honestly, it was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life! From start to finish, everything was absolutely seamless, and seeing the breathtaking views from up in the sky was pure magic. The ride itself was smooth, thrilling, and incredibly professional. I highly recommend the Headout app to everyone because it is super user-friendly and offers an amazing variety of top-tier destinations and bucket-list activities. The best part is the unbeatable discounts they provide, which make luxury experiences way more accessible and budget-friendly. If you want to explore the best attractions without any stress and save some money while doing it, Headout is definitely the way to go. I will absolutely be booking my next adventure through them!

Arrival and shuttle to Dubai Police Academy helipad

Head to the Dubai Police Academy entrance on Sheikh Zayed Road in Al Sufouh. Tell your taxi driver "Dubai Police Academy helipad." At the gate, staff check your ID and direct you to a shuttle bus. The bus takes you inside the compound to the helipad lounge, about a 5-minute ride.

What to expect

Take off towards the coast

After a safety briefing and seat assignment based on weight, board the helicopter. The pilot lifts off and heads towards Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai coastline. Within minutes you'll see the palm shape, Atlantis, and Burj Al Arab.

Features

See Palm Jumeirah's fronds and crescent from above as the helicopter circles the island.

Fly past Burj Al Arab's sail-shaped structure on its own island, 280 meters offshore.

On 17-minute flights, continue over JBR beach and Dubai Marina's cluster of high-rises.

On 22-minute routes, pass World Islands, Dubai Frame, and get closer views of Burj Khalifa and Sheikh Zayed Road.

Listen to live commentary explaining how Dubai transformed from a trading port to a global city.
