What to bring

• Guests aged 18 and above must present a valid physical ID or passport at check-in; digital or printed copies will not be accepted.

• Infants under 2 traveling on an adult’s lap must provide valid identification, such as a passport or birth certificate.

What’s not allowed

• Anyone appearing to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied service without a refund.

• Weapons, ammunition, illegal substances, hazardous materials, explosives, flammable items, lithium batteries, and propane are not permitted unless prior legal authorization is obtained.

Accessibility

• For safety and aircraft weight limits, guests weighing more than 275 lbs (125 kg) are required to purchase an additional seat.

• All passengers will be weighed during check-in to ensure proper aircraft weight distribution.

Additional information

• Arrive for check-in at least 30 minutes before departure; late arrivals may result in cancellation without a refund.

• Helicopter seating is assigned after check-in based on aircraft weight balance, so members of the same party may not always sit together.

• Children aged 2 and older must occupy their own seat, and guests under 17 must travel with a parent or legal guardian.

• Flight schedules and prices may change, and departures may be combined or canceled depending on demand or operational requirements.

• A minimum number of passengers is required for the excursion to run.
