What to bring

Harry Potter: Visions of Magic

• Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

Singapore Oceanarium

• Guests must wear covered shoes to the back-of-house area, including Aquarist Lab.

• Bring along your towel and swimsuit to participate in the Dolphin Island activities.

Adventure Cove Park

• Bring along swimming/waterproof diapers for kids, board shorts, swimming suit/bikini, wet suit/body suit, googles, full body swimwear, round neck t-shirt, and water shoes/booties.

• Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses for sun protection.

Ray Bay Encounter

• Participants are required to wear booties, and gloves are compulsory for the feeding hand.

Harry Potter Visions of Magic

• Keep in mind outside food and beverages are not allowed. Pack wisely!

• Due to venue restrictions, pets, except guide dogs, cannot tag along during this experience.

• Strollers are not allowed inside the exhibition.

Singapore Cable Car

• Keep in mind flammable materials, lithium batteries, motorized wheelchairs, electronic scooters, and helium balloons are not allowed in this experience. Pack wisely!

• Smoking is prohibited inside the cable car.

Adventure Cove Park

• Cash payments are not accepted; only contactless payments are allowed throughout Resorts World Sentosa.

• Food and drinks from outside Adventure Cove Waterpark are not permitted inside the Waterpark, except Baby food, formulas and food for guests with special dietaries.

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.

• Strict dress code: Diapers/napkins, undergarments, jeans, jackets, shoes/slippers, long skirts, clothes with buttons/zipper, and attire with buckles are not allowed.

Singapore Oceanarium

• Handphones, wallets, jewelry, and other accessories are not allowed on Dolphin Island.

• Keep in mind food & beverages are not allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark, Singapore Oceanarium, and Dolphin Island. Pack wisely!

• Keep your camera tucked away – photography and videography are strictly not allowed in the back-of-house areas.

Accessibility

Harry Potter Visions of Magic

• This experience is accessible by wheelchairs.

• Guests with sensory sensitivities should note that this experience features background music, flashing lights, fog, motion-activated sound and video, and other media elements.

Singapore Cable Car

• This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and pram/strollers.

• Guests using wheelchairs can alight at any cable car station, where lifts are provided for your convenience.

Adventure Cove Waterpark

• The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Singapore Oceanarium

• Most areas at the venue are accessible by wheelchair.

• Lifts are available at Ocean Dome along the back of the Ocean Gallery for easy access.

• The back-of-house area is not accessible by wheelchair, crutches, and pram/strollers.

• Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

• Be sure to book a timeslot in advance to enter at your preferred time, as you may be asked to return later if the venue is at full capacity.

• The operating hours are subject to change without prior notice. Visit the venue's website for updates before visit.

• The credit voucher is for one-time use only, redeemable in a single transaction. It cannot be stacked, and any unused amount will be forfeited.

• The ticket grants one cup of Butterbeer (while stocks last) or $10 off retail, photo, or F&B purchases. Redemption needs to be made on the same day of visit, within the regular opening hours.

• While this experience is open to guests of all ages, it is recommended for those aged 12 and above.

• The capacity for each cable car cabin is limited to 8 guests.

• Please note that entry to Typhoon Theatre is not included and can only be purchased directly from the venue.

• Dolphin Encounter Experience is subject to change given prevailing weather conditions.

• Children aged 4 and above can only access the Aquarist Lab experience.

• Guests must check the timings on the official website before visiting.

• Guests below 21 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (21 years old and above) to authorize participation.

• Children below 12 years who have met the height requirement of 110cm must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant.

• Guests must be in swimming attire and footwear upon arrival at Dolphin Island.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
