What’s not allowed

• Drones, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, drugs, knives, weapons, scissors, and glass bottles are not allowed on this experience.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Photography is not permitted inside Windsor Castle.

• Large backpacks and pushchairs are not permitted in the State Apartments.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Additional information

• The morning tour visits Stonehenge first, followed by Windsor. The evening tour visits Windsor first, followed by Stonehenge.

• Tours with access to Windsor Castle do not include the guided walking tour of Windsor.

• Windsor Castle is closed to visitors on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. St. George's Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays. On rare occasions, the State Apartments may be closed.

• As a working royal palace, Windsor Castle or parts of the castle are subject to short-notice closures.

• Facilities: Free Wi-Fi and USB charging on the bus, toilets, souvenir shops, and dining outlets.
