The Hammam was really Great and relaxing! BUT : I booked on Headout the course for 62 € within 30 min massage and 15 min exfoliating.. when we arrived they told us that for this price the exfoliating is not included... and the offer on the headout side is not correct!! I had to argue a lot and than we had 15 min massage and 15 min exfoliating... only because the palacio nazari team is VERY nice and understanding! Next time I will book directly with them!

Sólo hay dos duchas en el baño masculino y al menos había 7 clientes. Sólo salía agua fría, y a ratos, ardía. Es lo ue MENOS me ha gustado.

Getting started

Arrive a little before your scheduled time and check in at reception. You’ll receive a towel, non-slip socks, and access to the changing rooms. After a quick shower, follow the soft lighting toward the bathing area where the session begins.

What to expect

Seven thermal pools

Move through warm, hot, and cold pools designed to relax muscles and improve circulation. Each pool has a different temperature, letting you ease into the rhythm of the hammam ritual.

Turkish bath

Step into the steam room where humidity opens up your skin and helps release toxins. This prepares your body for deeper relaxation or your upcoming massage.

Hot stone rest

Lie back on the heated stone slab and let the steady warmth soften tension in your back, shoulders, and legs before your treatment.

Quiet tea lounge

Between pools, settle into the relaxation room and sip aromatic teas inspired by Eastern traditions. Silence is part of the ritual here, helping you fully disconnect.

If you’ve chosen a massage, your therapist will guide you to the treatment room. Essential oils and slow, intentional movements help calm your body and mind. Massage durations vary by option-15, 30, or 45 minutes.

What to bring

Full swimwear is mandatory; wear a swimsuit or bikini inside the hammam.

Bring a fresh change of clothes if you prefer to change after your session.

What’s not allowed

Children under 12 are not allowed inside the hammam.

Flip-flops are not permitted inside the bathing areas.

Animals are not allowed, including service animals.

The experience is not suitable for pregnant guests or those with uncontrolled high blood pressure.

Loud conversation, phone calls, and disruptive behavior are not allowed inside the baths.

Accessibility

The hammam is wheelchair accessible.

Guests may require staff assistance to access the pools and certain areas like the heated stone.

Additional information

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your reserved time to check in calmly.

Sessions start on time; if you arrive late, the session end time will not be extended.

The bathing areas are mixed, while changing rooms are separated by gender.

Silence is part of the ritual; you are expected to keep voices low throughout the visit.

Anti-slip socks are provided and must be worn inside wet areas.
