The beautiful sunset was a highlight and gave us some amazing photo opportunities. At the desert camp, we enjoyed henna, traditional activities, refreshing drinks, a delicious BBQ dinner, and fantastic live shows. Our guide Rayan Ahmad was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire experience. Everything from pickup to drop-off was smooth and well managed. Our tour guide, Adnan, was incredibly hospitable, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire trip. He has superb driving skills and made us feel safe and comfortable from start to finish. He was right on time when picking us up from our hotel and took great care of us throughout the night camp experience. He was always attentive to our needs and made sure everything went smoothly until he safely dropped us back at our hotel. We truly appreciate his excellent service and friendly attitude. Highly recommended! Thank you, Adnan, for making our experience memorable!

From the moment he picked us up at our hotel to the final drop off, he was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and professional. The dune bashing was incredible! His driving skills are top notch and gave us the ultimate thrill! On top of that, he was incredibly patient in taking our photos and even guided us with great pose ideas. An evening Dubai desert safari with shared 4WD pickup, dune bashing, camel ride, BBQ buffet dinner, and live shows at a Bedouin camp.

Getting started

Your experience begins with shared 4x4 hotel pickup from Dubai or Sharjah, where a professional desert driver and guide welcomes you on board. The shared 4WD with hotel pickup drop-off then leaves the city behind and heads toward the open desert, giving you time to relax before the off-road section begins.

Dune bashing and arrival activities

What to expect

The first stop is the dune area, where your 4x4 moves off-road for a 30 to 45 minutes 4x4 dune bashing session across the sand. A sunset photo stop in the Dubai Desert lets you take in the changing colors before you continue with a short camel ride and try your balance on a sandboarding experience.

Features

30–45 minutes 4x4 dune bashing takes you over rolling dunes at varied speeds, led by your professional desert driver and guide.

A camel ride and sandboarding experience are included at the dunes, giving you time both on the animals and on the boards.

You pause at a scenic point for a sunset photo stop in the Dubai Desert before driving on to the camp.

Bedouin camp, BBQ dinner, and live shows

What to expect

After the dune activities, you continue to a traditional Bedouin-style desert camp where the evening unfolds around food and entertainment. You settle in with Arabic coffee, tea and dates, then explore different activity corners before the BBQ buffet dinner and stage shows begin.

Features

Access to a traditional Bedouin-style desert camp includes areas for seating, live performances, and activity stations.

At the camp you can get simple designs at the henna painting area while you sip from unlimited soft drinks, water, tea and coffee.

The BBQ buffet dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options is served from a central counter so you can choose your plate.

Live Tanoura dance, fire show and belly dance performances take place on the main stage during the evening.

Clean restroom facilities are available throughout your time at the camp.

Wrapping up

Once the shows conclude and you are ready to leave, your driver guides you back to the shared 4WD. The return shared 4WD with hotel pickup drop-off service then takes you back to your hotel in Dubai or Sharjah.
