Ottima soluzione per i biglietti di palazzo Topkapi e Cisterna Basilica. Per il palazzo è previsto un ingresso con accompagnatore fino all'Harem: nel nostro caso, tutto è stato gestito bene, siamo entrati alle 9.30 quindi non abbiamo trovato troppa fila. La visita al palazzo, seguendo la descrizione dell'audioguida, è molto bella. I giardini esterni sono molto suggestivi. Per la Cisterna basilica abbiamo trovato un po' di fila per entrare (ore 12.30): la visita è andata bene, i giochi di luci nell'acqua e tra le colonne della cisterna sono bellissimi. Attività super consigliate.

Les entrées aux deux sites ont été très aisées grâce à la réservation par HEADOUT Notamment l'entrée à la citerne cathédrale immédiate alors qu'il y avait une file imposante de visiteurs sans billets Seule critique, les explications pour obtenir les audio guides ne sont pas assez claires Nous pensions qu'un appareil nous serait remis alors que l'application sur le téléphone est simple ne nécessitant pas d'écouteurs spécifiques Globalement ce fut une bonne expérience

Truly an amazing place with lots of interesting parts courtyards and exhibitions. This part for me was simply walking around the palace and getting a feel as to how it would've been when it was fully operation consultants guards unique and the harem

Crociera sul Bosforo pessima: cibo immangiabile, spettacoli visibili solo da pochi, tavolo rumorosissimo sotto la cassa vicino ad una porta da cui la gente è entrata ed uscita continuamente per andare a fumare, quindi abbiamo anche patito il freddo e il puzzo del fumo. Partenza non puntuale in attesa di un gruppo in ritardo. Le tre stelle sono per la Galata Tower, la crociera è stata inclassificabile, una delle peggiori esperienze fatte all'estero. Non rende giustizia ad una città meravigliosa.

Point de rencontre pas très facile à trouver, et pas aussi près de l'entrée qu'annoncé. Le temps d'attente au point de rencontre + le temps de trajet jusqu'à l'entrée du palais n'apporte pas vraiment l'avantage d'un véritable coupe file...Beaucoup de monde dans le palais (dont des groupes) ce qui ne rend pas la visite très confortable (mais ca, ce n'est pas la responsabiloité de Headout

Le billet coupe file ne sert à rien en hors saison. Le grand groupe que nous étions a mis trois plus de temps à passer le portique d'entrée que les autres visiteurs. L'audioguide a cessé de fonctionner dès que nous sommes sortis du Harem, rendant le suite de la visite compliqué.

Galata Tower

The ticket is valid for the entire day within the venue’s operating hours (Monday–Sunday: 8:30am–10pm; Saturday until 11pm).

During high season, especially in summer, you may encounter wait times to enter the monument.

Elevator access is available to the top of the tower.

Topkapi Palace

Note that you will be able to enter the Topkapi Palace only with a representative. Meet your host at the meeting point, who will then take you inside the palace.

Be sure to arrive at the meeting point 15 mins before your scheduled entry time.

The audio guide app is available in English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. You'll find instructions on how to use the audio guide app in your ticket voucher.

Please note that there is limited internet at the museum, so download the audio guide app before your visit. The app does not require internet once it has been downloaded (ensure your GPS is activated).

Enter the palace and stay as long as you want until its closing time of 5pm.

Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
