I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As an English speaker, purchasing this ticket through the Headout app was the way to go. Easy to find a time slot, effortless to present the QR Code and ticket to the staff, and the best part...the English audio tour. Most museums in CDMX don't have any English translations or guidance, so this was my favorite tour, as it walked you through the Frida Kahlo Museum.

The official museum website tickets were sold out. I was very lucky that there were still tickets available through HeadOut. This was a lovely museum!

The especial part was that i got to see the museum. The problem was that the audio guide didn't work at all. It was very frustrating. The ticket was overpriced and I thought that that the guide was going to be worth it but... it just didn't work.

Estuvo muy bueno el guia, y desde el dia anterior la empresa estuvo muy pendiente del evento, tanto a la entrada como a la salida. El guia estuvo muy pendiente, y muy conocedor del tema.

La experiencia de reservar con Headout fue simplemente fantástica. Comprar los boletos tanto en la aplicación como en la página web resultó súper sencillo, rápido y sin ningún tipo de complicaciones. Los museos de Frida Kahlo y Anahuacalli son verdaderamente espectaculares, llenos de historia, arte y una arquitectura impresionante que te transporta por completo. Evitar las filas y tener todo organizado desde el celular hizo que la visita fuera cómoda y perfecta. Sin duda alguna, ¡repetiría esta experiencia y la recomiendo al 100%!

Desde que llegas el personal del museo son muy amables y te orientan con el proceso a seguir, ya durante el recorrido del museo, el cual está impresionante y melancólico, tantos objetos personales y significativos, que te hace imaginarte el día a día de Frida y Diego, los jardines traen mucha paz y aunque es pequeño vale demasiado la pena conocerlo. Del museo de Diego simplemente te deja sin palabras, la arquitectura y las piezas que se exponen son de otro nivel, nadie podría salir decepcionado, se los recomiendo mucho.
