In my opinion its not worth the money. With a little research and by buying train tickets to La Spezia and to the other towns online you'll be able to get the same experience for much less the price. You could also skip the lunch option as it was too simple and not enough.Overall the experience was good, had no problem with the meeting points, set by the tour guide, which was really kind and understanding.

Our tour guide Martha was great. She made us feel welcome and relaxed whilst being very clear about timings and meeting points. The only minor points where that you advertised that the bus has WiFi. Although my phone picked up the bus WiFi address, when the driver was asked for the password we were told it was out of order? Whilst I appreciate that I couldn't expect 5 star cuisine for the lunch it could have been a little more imaginative. Overall a very pleasant day in a stunningly beautiful part of the world. If you have the time for a day trip from Florence - please do consider this.. Italy is awesome and we are so glad we did this trip as it was a great insights to the costal towns of Italy in this region. The tour is very well paced.. Yes you get up early.. but then you can catch up the nap on your bus journey which is very comfortable. Our guide was just awesome ensuring that we have a clear view of how the day is going to look like.. and she helped us with all the onboarding and offboarding of the trains.. its a super fun activity as you visit great small towns.. use all the modes of transport except flight and there is help all along the way. Very professional.. very dependable.. This tour has been the highlight among all the day trips we took.. Cant recommend enough!!

The seaside villages of Cinque Terre, recognized as UNESCO World Heritage sites, have remained hidden amidst steep mountains and the azure waters of the Mediterranean Sea for centuries. The journey begins on a comfortable bus, led by an expert guide. The first stop is the enchanting village of Riomaggiore (or Manarola). Here, colorful houses, churches, and picturesque shops cling to the cliffs overlooking the sea. Moving on to Vernazza, considered one of the most enchanting villages of Cinque Terre, your guide will lead you on an exploratory stroll through narrow alleys and charming squares to the harbor. From this unique perspective, marvel at the spectacular coastline unfolding before your eyes.

The next stop is Monterosso, renowned for its lovely beach and hills gently descending towards rocky coves. Here, a typical restaurant awaits you for a delightful lunch featuring local products (if you choose this option). You'll also have ample free time for a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean or to explore the fascinating workshops of local artisans. The unforgettable adventure in the Cinque Terre comes to an end in this lively and picturesque village. Then a comfortable bus awaits us to take us back to Florence, concluding a perfect day.
