Seamless activation

Firstly, collect your physical card at the designated collection point (details will be shared via mail, post booking).

After exchanging your digital voucher for the Porto.CARD, it gets activated from the first use.
Validity:
- The Porto Card is valid for 1 day (24 hours), 2 days (48 hours), 3 days (72 hours), and 4 days (96 hours), starting from the first time you use it.

Cards are personal and non-transferable. And, if the card gets stolen or lost, you cannot avail of any refund or replacement.

Prior reservations are required to visit some attractions, which are subject to availability. Please check the official websites before visiting.

Need to use public transport? You can buy travel cards at the following locations: Andante Airport Shop (daily, 8am–6.30pm), Andante Metro Trindade Shop (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm; Sat, 9am–1pm).
