What to bring

What's not allowed

• Pregnant guests and visitors with certain heart, back, or mobility conditions should not participate in the zipline or jumping-platform activities.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.

• Alcohol is served only to guests of the legal drinking age with a valid photo ID.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

• Reaching the cenotes involves walking on natural jungle terrain and may include uneven surfaces and steps.

Additional information

• Round-trip hotel transfers are available from selected hotels in Cancún, Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya.

• A lifejacket is provided and must be worn during water activities.
