This was an awesome experience! I would consider myself a world traveler as I've been to viewing decks and buildings in 5 continents now and this has been the best bang for your buck. Most of them you just pay and go to the top but not this one! We elected to only go up to the 86th floor but even that was a great experience. The history of the building, the different movies that include the building and then being able to get our photo at the end was top notch. Highly recommend to other travelers!

Visiting the Empire State Building was a great experience. The observation deck wasn’t overly crowded, which made it easy to enjoy the views without feeling rushed. A really nice touch was the heating lamps on the outdoor deck—they made a big difference and kept it comfortable even in cooler weather. Overall, it was well organized, relaxed, and absolutely worth the trip.

I have been wanting to go and visit the Empire State building for years and I finally had the perfect opportunity to do so. I loved being able to see the historic building with my two children. I was impressed with how clean and organized the staff and facility was. Staff was extremely friendly and made the experience feel very comfortable.

The 86th-floor observatory not only offers breathtaking views of the New York skyline, it has also been part of several popular films including Sleepless in Seattle.

No wait, lines move fast. Views were amazing! Building history amd memorabilia were great. Customer service provided was top notch and very cordial. This is a must visit in NYC.
