The booking was very easy and enjoyed the 15% discounted price and everything went smooth. We had no hassle when getting the ticket to the Edge. Wow we had fun watching and got busy taking spectacular views outside. I would definitely make a booking through head out.

The Edge was fantastic! But, there was a weather warning and I wanted to cancel. No one on the phone was available because it was after said time. But weather does not have a time limit. The news said it would be very very bad ( flood warning) in NY and I wanted to cancel. I checked online and you have 5 reasons to cancel. Weather is not one of them. That was scary and frustrating. I do. It know how you can resolve it- but when we went to the Edge and spoke to the lines people at the bottom- they were surprised that I could not cancel. That being said God changed the weather for us and it was amazing!!!!! Also nobody really was up their and I got to embrace NY and just loved it!!!! Such a great experience!

ingresso veloce e senza problemi, indicazioni chiare, vista dalla terrazza bellissima, saliti all'ora del tramonto abbiamo atteso l'accendersi delle luci della città per goderci un panorama notturno mozzafiato. Nelle sale interne molto belli il Caleidoscopio e la Caverna, anche se l'esperienza nelle sale interne potrebbe essere migliorata (per la parte intera è molto più coinvolgente quella del Summit), comunque nel.complesso vale la pena!

Arrive at each attraction at your selected timed entry slot. Present your ticket at the entrance and pass through standard security checks before accessing elevators and exhibits.

What to expect

Edge NYC

A modern observatory known for its bold glass-floor deck and panoramic Manhattan views.

Start with a multimedia experience on Level 4 before ascending to Level 100.

Step onto the Glass Floor, lean over the Angled Glass Walls, and relax on the Skyline Seats.

Walk out to The Eastern Point for open-air views, and attend seasonal events like Pinkamas in the Sky.

Empire State Building

A historic NYC landmark famous for its Art Deco design and open-air observatories.

Skip the line and ride directly to the 86th-floor open-air deck for 360° skyline views.

Continue to the 102nd-floor observatory with floor-to-ceiling windows for high-altitude panoramas.

Explore immersive exhibits on the 2nd and 80th floors, use free high-powered binoculars, and access the multimedia tour app.

What to bring

Bring headphones or an induction loop if you plan to use Assistive Listening or Handheld Captioning devices (standard headphone jack required).

What's not allowed

Large bags, luggage, weapons, and weapon-like costume accessories are not allowed; standard backpacks and handbags are fine after security screening.

Tripods, selfie sticks, and balloons are prohibited.

Bikes, scooters, and skateboards are not permitted inside.

Outside food or drinks are not allowed, except bottled water; glass bottles are prohibited.

Pets are not allowed; only service animals may enter.

Strollers must be folded before using elevators or escalators.

Accessibility

The attraction is fully accessible, with elevators and ramps throughout.

Assistive Listening and Handheld Captioning devices are available at the Box Office on a first-come, first-served basis.

Service animals are allowed across all public areas.

If you miss your entry time, speak with an Experience Ambassador; re-entry is not guaranteed and tickets are non-refundable.

On-site ticket availability is limited; advance online booking is recommended.

Set aside 60–90 minutes for the experience; the Level 4 multimedia area can take 30–60 minutes alone.

The outdoor deck is fully exposed, and weather conditions can differ significantly from street level.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult; children 5 and under enter free with an adult.

What to bring

Bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your booking, as it may be checked at the entrance.

What's not allowed

Weapons of any kind, including firearms and explosives, are strictly prohibited.

Glass bottles, containers, and marbles are not permitted anywhere on-site.

Large bags, suitcases, and carry-on luggage cannot be brought into the building.

Outside food is not allowed, and eating is prohibited inside the Observatory and on the outdoor deck.

Professional photography gear, tripods, and large equipment are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed; only trained service animals may enter.

Accessibility

The building is fully ADA compliant, offering ramps, lowered viewing areas, and accessible binoculars.

Accessible restrooms are available on the 86th floor.

Service dogs are welcome throughout all public areas.

Both motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs may be used inside the landmark.

For all guests booking for Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 27th, 2025), please note that special entry instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

Reservations are required, and tickets are valid only for the date and time you select at purchase.

Children under six may enter for free when accompanied by a paying adult.
