OMG.. this was the most amazing thing I have seen.. it was amazing. the dancers, the colours the entertainment was next level. The experience of purchasing through Headout made everything so easy especially when I haven't travelled overseas in mearly 20 years and that was before the internet and online purchasing was even a thing.. Our tour to the Eiffel Tower was absolutely amazing and highly interesting from start to finish. If you are visiting Paris, this experience is a absolute must-see. Once in Paris the communication was great. All question were responded to right away. Our tour guide Andrei was amazing. So knowledgeable, kind, and attentive he made our last day in Parisnperfect. I would book another tour with this company in the future. He walked us step by step. If I would change anything it would be to give a little more detail about the tour before hand. I didn't realize we could have taken the river cruise any day and it would have been nice to know the different times of the cruises. But it all work out amazingly.

Our guide Charlie is highly commendable that I'm so grateful to him. We got lost and unable to find the meeting place. My husband and I gave up and count it as a loss and decided to just go to Eiffel solo. Then Charlie called me and gave instructions to meet him at the Eiffel. We met with the group and he gave us a brief history of Eiffel. The group also o enjoyed his tour. High praises for Charlie and your tour company. It shows you care about your customers!!

Wir waren das erste Mal in Paris und wollten sicher und ohne große Wartezeiten auf den Eiffelturm. Die Buchung über headhout hat dabei super geholfen. Vom Treffen mit dem Begleiter bis zum Champagner auf der Turmspitze hat allles reibungslos geklappt. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis!!! Schade, dass trotz über 2 Millionen Besucher aus Deutschland nur Führungen in Englisch angeboten werden.

Die Tour ist am den Treffenpunkt pünktlich gestartet. Der tourleiter war sehr höflich und hat viele interessante Sachen über Eiffelturm erzählt. Die Gruppe ist vergleichbar schnell durch die eingangstore mit der Kontrolle durchgeführt. Der Leiter Charli hat die kleine Gruppe stāndig im Blick und hat uns koordiniert. Tatsächlich eine gute Entscheidung um den Eifelturm zu besuchen.

I had a wonderful experience visiting the Eiffel Tower. The whole experience was well organized, and the highlight was having such a kind and considerate guide. They were very helpful, patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the visit. The guide shared interesting information about the Eiffel Tower and helped make the experience even more memorable. It was a fantastic day and a beautiful way to discover one of Paris’s most iconic landmarks.

Good tour however guide didn't come to the summit with us. Also poor communication regarding change of venue resulting in delayed start and additional walking to meet guide. Headout admin team refused to acknowledge that there was a venue change - comms need to improve

Det gick mycket smidigt att boka detta samt bra info innan aktiviteten. En mycket kunnig och engagerande guide, enkelt upplägg på entré förfarandet. Lite disigt men Eiffeltornet levererar ändå en fantastisk upplevelse.

It goes without saying that this world famous structure is a magnificent piece of structural engineering. The views from the top were magnificent and we were fortunate to have brilliant weather to enjoy this aspect.

Catalina was a great guide , very good explaination and very friendly , the tour agency was very helpful , as i was a little late , due to marathon and they were flexible and got me in the group

Please note that you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

This tour can accommodate a maximum of 20 people in 1 group.

Expect to stand in line for a security check at entry, which can take between 2 to 4 hours during peak season.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.

Waiting times are to be expected for a security check when you enter.
