Once in Paris the communication was great. All question were responded to right away. Our tour guide Andrei was amazing. So knowledgeable, kind, and attentive he made our last day in Parisnperfect. I would book another tour with this company in the future. He walked us step by step. If I would change anything it would be to give a little more detail about the tour before hand. I didn't realize we could have taken the river cruise any day and it would have been nice to know the different times of the cruises. But it all work out amazingly.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Paris und wollten sicher und ohne große Wartezeiten auf den Eiffelturm. Die Buchung über headhout hat dabei super geholfen. Vom Treffen mit dem Begleiter bis zum Champagner auf der Turmspitze hat allles reibungslos geklappt. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis!!! Schade, dass trotz über 2 Millionen Besucher aus Deutschland nur Führungen in Englisch angeboten werden.

I booked this last minute which is a miracle I was able to get Eiffel Tower tickets last min. My dream was to get to the top of the Eiffel Tower and this tour didn't disappoint. It was everything I imagined. The meet up was easy and our guide so welcoming and informative. He walked us right in. Highly recommended if your looking for a tour to the Eiffel Tower.

Marsha was an excellent guide!! She was very knowledgeable and fun. She kept us all together and gave us all the information we needed while we were with her and as we went all the way to the top of the Eiffel Tower. She made it an excellent experience!

The summit floor of the Eiffel Tower is not wheelchair accessible.

Even with prepaid access, you might wait at the security check and for elevators on the ground and on the 2nd floor.

Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets prior to your visit.

Depending on the entry times of the Eiffel Tower, the itinerary order might vary.

Seine River cruise

To comply with the rules, the river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather.

You can enjoy the sightseeing cruise anytime depending on the expiry date on the ticket.
