This experience would've been great but was not upon our arrival to Paris Airbnb company left us on the street without key for our booked apartment. I wouldn't even book trough you anymore as you overpriced the tickets by roughly £100 if bought separately direct from providers, you're a scam. 5 stars you get for great scamming which you managed to provide and get us as victims.

It was trully a great experience visiting the Eiffel Tower. There are many things to visit in Paris that we didn't know about, thankfully, our guide Alesio was outstadning at giving us all the answers and tipa how to get around. The meet place was a souvenir shop which we hadn't quite realised we thought we could use the qr code to go in but that wasn't the case. The tour guide was knowledgeable and pleasant. The boat trip we could take at any time and being this flexible was great. Would highly recommend

La experiencia fue perfecta, los guías son muy amables, el tour viene en 3 idiomas y lo mejor es que al estar allí puedes ampliar tu paquete y subir a la cima de la Torre Eiffel y el crucero por el río fue genial puedes estar en el interior o en la parte superior del Barco

Marcus was very good guide and helped to understand history of Eiffel Tower, and make our visite more interersting. We took Seine River cruise some other day, it was nice but before that we did not enjoy waiting.

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, and pets (except for guide dogs) are not allowed on this experience.

The 1st and 2nd floors are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

The summit floor of the Eiffel Tower is not wheelchair accessible.

Even with prepaid access, you might wait at the security check and for elevators on the ground and on the 2nd floor.

Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets prior to your visit.

Depending on the entry times of the Eiffel Tower, the itinerary order might vary.

Seine River cruise

To comply with the rules, the river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather.

You can enjoy the sightseeing cruise anytime depending on the expiry date on the ticket.
