Un tour che non deve assolutamente mancare in una visita alla meravigliosa Parigi. Accompagnatore (sig.ra Ana) veramente professionale e disponibile a rispondere ad ogni domanda rovoltale dal nostro gruppo. Tour fatto con la famiglia. Salita al secondo piano con le scale e poi in cima con ascensore. Forse un po costoso ma ne è valsa la pena. Soddisfattissimi

L'attente était longue mais c'était magique! La guide était très chaleureuse et a fait de son mieux pour nous faire patienter. Der Reiseführer Martin war einfach spitze in Präsentation, Informationsaustausch und freundlich sowieso! Man hat sich gleich wohlgefühlt! Einzige Nachteil war; alle waren pünktlich 8:30 Uhr da und 9:00 Uhr mit Führung zu starten! Leider mussten wir über 90min warten bis es eigentlich los ging!

My experience visiting an icon of the French capital couldn't have been bad. The only thing that really left a bitter taste in my mouth was discovering that the price I paid for the same tour was exactly double what it would have been if I had bought the tickets directly at the tower's ticket offices on the day of the tour! I just felt cheated!

Meet your guide at the designated meeting point. Your guide will purchase your tickets once you arrive at the tower. As you wait, your guide will provide insights and stories about the tower’s history.

Once your tickets are purchased, they will be validated by your guide, and you’ll proceed with the tour. Be prepared for a wait at the security check, which can take up to 2 hours during busy periods. As a result, your visit to the Eiffel Tower may take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours in total.

What to bring

Individuals must present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, to access the tower grounds.

This experience involves a lot of walking and climbing. It's highly recommended that you wear comfortable walking shoes in order to fully enjoy this experience.

What's not allowed

Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.

Accessibility

This tour is not accessible for individuals with mobility impairments.

The summit is not wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Additional information

This tour doesn’t include skipping the line. Your guide will purchase the tickets for you after you arrive. The wait time to purchase tickets can be up to 2 hours, but rest assured that your guide will keep you entertained and provide insightful information about the Eiffel Tower while you wait.

It is recommend allowing extra time before your next activity to ensure you make the most of your Eiffel Tower experience.

Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

As per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to include the summit, you'll need to visit the summit right after the guided tour ends. Afterward, feel free to explore the other 2 floors on your way down. The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups.

The summit of the Eiffel Tower is subject to closures or limited availability due to technical or crowd-related reasons. In case of unplanned closure, a partial refund for the difference between the 2nd and top floor ticket will be provided.

This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.
