Edinburgh Zoo was an incredible experience from start to finish! We saw so many penguins, which were absolutely adorable, as well as giraffes, cheetahs, and many more amazing animals. The view from the zoo was just stunning and made the whole visit even more special. It was also very helpful that a kind and friendly staff member welcomed us at the entrance and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made it much easier to explore the zoo. The atmosphere was great, everything was well organised, and we really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely visit again!

The process was so easy and we all loved the whole thing from booking to leaving the zoo. The tickets were cheaper than booking direct and all we had to do was show the phone at the counter and we walked into the zoo. Much easier than paying at the entrance. The zoo was amazing, we did a few talks, including the penguins, and the kids took onboard everything that was said. We did the Easter egg hunt program and had the kids excited about running up the hill. Thank you so much for making a day out cheaper and so easy to sort.

The Headout booking site just popped up when I searched for Edinburgh zoo. Easy to book, easy to use. No extra hassle whatsoever. I like cheaper deals and this was a stress free booking. My daughter and I had the best day! Booking through Headout the tickets came with a discount, it went towards a very nice lunch in the Gannet. We also got a 10% discount towards another sightseeing trip.

Fabulous Zoo. Staff are amazing. Plenty of places to eat, or rest with your own food. We were blessed with superb weather. The variety of animals was very good. They all looked so well cared for. Immaculate bedding and rest areas. They all looked very happy. Best work out I've had in years, with the walk. They catered well for people with disabilities, so that's really good.

It was so easy to book my tickets and show my phone ticket to the office. The zoo was amazing, so much to do, I had been warned about the steep slopes, but started from the top and worked our way down, which made it much more enjoyable. It was a lovely day, so that helped aswell, not too hot and not too cold going during the easter holidays.

Amazing ordered tickets with you then mad3d pack lunch as it was my grandson firat time at zoo hes 8 months old ther service we got when arrived was amazing staff were brilliant and arranged a bus to take us to the top of the hill start there first and work ower way down food and drinks were good but a little expensive but enjoyed

Wir haben die rote und die grüne Tour sehr genossen. Alle Fahrer, Guides und Mitarbeiter waren gut gelaunt und sehr freundlich. Die Busse waren sehr pünktlich und sauber. Beim nächsten Besuch bestimmt wieder!

Einfache schnelle Anmeldung und normale Preise, auch die Zookarte war einfach zu bedienen bei der App. Die Dinos waren für die kleine Kinder auch eine unerwartete Highlight.
