Easy to book...helpful ...easy to contact to clarify any concerns regarding arrival times etc...local staff in Edinburgh were very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable.Really enjoyed our visit to the Britania and the relaxing trip on the Blue bus again we had friendly helpful staff.

Our guide Australian David was a very friendly guide who told us a lot about Scottish history. The castle is gorgeous and the view over Edinburgh breathtaking. For it was crowded it might have been helpful to wear headphones

Our guide Jen had a very engaging approach to explaining the history of Edinburgh Castle. Her dry humour throughout was great. Although the pace is fast it didn't feel rushed at all. Highly recommend the tour.

One of the bucket items my wife wanted to do years ago. All was just right apart from the cold winds. Staff and fellow guests were great and the staff on the bus's were so helpfull espeacilly Murray. We would recommend the visit to the Britannia resturant to anyone, the queue said it all. All the greet and meet staff through out the experience were first class.

We love the Hop On, Hop Off bus tours throughout the world and this one was a good one. Got to see the city highlights and then pick where we wanted to explore more. Staff and drivers were courteous, cost was reasonable, the tour was informative and our group of four enjoyed it very much!
