The experience was very good. Overall, do not expect it to be very scare, nor not scary at all. It can make you feel uneasy but it also has some humor. The actors are mostly great. I would say it's not perfect, but it's good and different enough so as not to miss it.

Our guide Australian David was a very friendly guide who told us a lot about Scottish history. The castle is gorgeous and the view over Edinburgh breathtaking. For it was crowded it might have been helpful to wear headphones

Our guide Jen had a very engaging approach to explaining the history of Edinburgh Castle. Her dry humour throughout was great. Although the pace is fast it didn't feel rushed at all. Highly recommend the tour.

It was a fantastic experience and well done by the staff at the dungeon. Great special effects as well. The only issue I had is the final part of your experience was broken down and apparently has been down for some time. Wish they would get it fixed.
